How can I arrange a return?
If you need to arrange a return for a product purchased through VIYA Health, please contact our Customer Support team first to initiate the process.
Returns are subject to our policy, which typically requires products to be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as when delivered.
To start a return, please:
- Email us at viyahealthsa@psi.org or use the live chat on our website to explain your reason for return.
- Our team will provide you with instructions on how to return the item, including any approved shipping methods and the return address.
- Note that some products, especially those related to personal health or hygiene, may not be eligible for return due to safety and hygiene regulations.
- If the return is due to a defective or damaged product, please notify us within 7 days of receipt for a full refund or replacement.
