We’re committed to providing you with trustworthy, confidential support throughout your sexual health journey.
You have 6 months to change your mind about a product after receiving it. If your order hasn’t been confirmed yetβ€”indicated by the “Ordered” statusβ€” go to your VIYA Health account > “Help and Support” > “Cancel My Order.” If your order has been confirmed and has a “Preparing Order” or “Shipped” status, you’ll need to wait until you receive your package. Then, log in to your account and go to “Orders” > “Help and Support” and select the reason for your return. Learn more about returns

If you need to arrange a return for a product purchased through VIYA Health, please contact our Customer Support team first to initiate the process.

Returns are subject to our policy, which typically requires products to be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as when delivered.

To start a return, please:

  • Email us at viyahealthsa@psi.org or use the live chat on our website to explain your reason for return.
  • Our team will provide you with instructions on how to return the item, including any approved shipping methods and the return address.
  • Note that some products, especially those related to personal health or hygiene, may not be eligible for return due to safety and hygiene regulations.
  • If the return is due to a defective or damaged product, please notify us within 7 days of receipt for a full refund or replacement.
  • Shipping costs for returns initiated by the customer may be your responsibility unless the return is due to an error on our part.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will process your refund or replacement as applicable. Refunds to credit cards usually take up to 10 business days after approval.

You can get a refund if you return your undamaged item within 6 months of delivery. To return your product, go to your VIYA Health account and click on “Help and Support” next to your order. You can choose a repair, replacement, or refund. Learn how to request your refund.
